We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse / Cosmetic Nurse to join our aesthetics team.

n

We're not looking for someone who simply performs treatments.

n

We're looking for a nurse who can consult, assess, educate and create considered treatment plans — someone who understands that the best aesthetic results often come from knowing when to treat, what to treat and, just as importantly, when to recommend less.

n

At Browskii, our approach is centred around natural, considered results, skin health and long-term client relationships.

n

You'll work alongside an established team across advanced skin treatments, laser and aesthetics, allowing us to look beyond a single treatment and consider the client's face and skin as a whole.

The Role

n

n
- Perform cosmetic consultations and develop individualised treatment plans
n
- Deliver cosmetic injectable and regenerative aesthetic treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice
n
- Take a full-face approach to assessment rather than simply treating from a price list
n
- Educate clients on what will — and won't — benefit them
n
- Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients through excellent results, communication and follow-up
n
- Work collaboratively with our skin team to create treatment plans incorporating both cosmetic and advanced skin treatments where appropriate
n
- Maintain exceptional clinical standards, documentation and client careParticipate in ongoing education, training and team development
n
- Contribute to the growth of our aesthetics department and your own client base
n

Who We're Looking For

n

You may already have an established clientele, or you may be an experienced injector looking for the right clinic to really build one.

n

Either way,



we're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Is a current AHPRA Registered Nurse
n
- Has demonstrated cosmetic injecting experience
n
- Has strong facial assessment and consultation skills
n
- Produces beautiful, balanced and natural-looking results
n
- Understands facial anatomy and the reasoning behind their treatment decisions
n
- Is confident having honest conversations — including recommending less when less is appropriate
n
- Values education, safety and ethical practice
n
- Understands the importance of rebooking, retention and building long-term client relationships
n
- Is proactive and motivated rather than waiting for a full column to be handed to them
n
- Enjoys working collaboratively with skin therapists and other aesthetic professionals
n
- Wants to continue learning and evolving clinically
n
