We're currently recruiting for an experienced SiteManager to join a well-established construction business with a strongpipeline of commercial D&C; projects across Western Sydney.

This is a genuine opportunity for a Site Manager who knowshow to run a site, lead subcontractors and trades, and deliver projects fromground-up construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $5M to $20M, withexperience in the education sector highly regarded.

About the role

n

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the successfulday-to-day delivery of your project, working closely with the Project Managerand wider construction team.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Managingall site operations from mobilisation through to completion
n
- Coordinatingsubcontractors, trades and suppliers
n
- Drivingthe construction program and project milestones
n
- Managingsite logistics and sequencing
n
- Maintaininghigh standards of safety and quality
n
- ManagingQA, inspections and defects
n




- Runningtoolbox talks and site meetings
n
- Liaisingwith consultants, clients and project stakeholders
n
- Identifyingand resolving issues before they impact the program
n
- Ensuringthe project is delivered safely, on time and to specification
n

What we're looking for

n

We're looking for someone who is experienced, organisedand commercially minded, with the confidence to take control of a busyconstruction site.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Provenexperience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
n
- Experiencedelivering projects valued between $5M and $20M
n
- Strongsubcontractor and trade management capabilities
n
- Excellentknowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
n
- Theability to read and interpret plans and specifications
n
- Strongcommunication and leadership skills
n
- Aproactive approach to problem-solving
n
- Astrong commitment to WHS, quality and project outcomes
n
- Educationsector experience is highly desirable
n
