Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required Who You Are

Passionate about food, drinks and genuine hospitality Warm, engaging and confident with guests Calm, organised and efficient during busy services A strong team player who communicates well with both front and back of house Well‑presented, punctual and reliable Keen to learn, develop and build your hospitality career
