As a Facility Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it's always ready to welcome guests. We are looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights and weekends. Key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard
Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled
Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments
Assisting with guest enquiries inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
ABOUT YOU You're someone who takes pride in your work and understands the role a clean, well-presented venue plays in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll bring:
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a busy customer-facing role
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
A genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a positive workplace
