Key responsibilities

- Manage and lead a cleaning team
- Plan, organise and manage cleaning operations effectively
- Identify issues and take appropriate action
- Maintain high cleaning standards
- Work hands-on and lead by example when required

About you

- Extensive experience in commercial cleaning and supervision
- Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong eye for detail and ability to identify issues and take appropriate action
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards
- Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Full time work rights in Australia
- Must be eligible to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance
