Medibank is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant to join its overseas team. The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week) across a rotating 8am-8pm schedule, based at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup, WA.
You will provide support, advice and value to overseas students about health insurance, handling inbound/outbound calls, emails and messages. Some days may include work from home or at a Medibank store, with a solid focus on delivering premium service.
