Beyond the Valley, Pitch Music Festival, Moto GP, Bathurst 12hr Supercars , plus weddings and private events.

About the Job You’ll be part of our

Events Crew , helping set up and pack down luxury tents and styling elements that transform festivals, weddings, and events.

What you’ll be doing:

Building glamping villages at

festivals and major events

Styling tents so they look amazing inside & out

Travelling to cool spots around Victoria & NSW (overnight trips included)

Helping in the warehouse (prepping gear, cleaning, packing, loading vans/trucks)

This job is

What We’re Looking For

Positive, reliable, and ready to muck in

Team players with plenty of energy

Comfortable with physical work (lifting, tents, carrying gear)

Flexible with hours (public holidays, overnight stays, event schedules)

Driver’s licence is a big bonus (and confidence to drive vans/trucks is even better!)

No experience needed — just a good attitude and willingness to learn
