The Opportunity As one of the first faces our members see, you’ll help create a welcoming and positive club environment. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support members, assist at reception and in the café, and help keep the club running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests while providing friendly, professional service across reception and the café

Answer calls, respond to member enquiries and complaints, and escalat…

Use our systems to manage member details, create access tags, process purchases and assist with class and Kid’s Cartel bookings

Prepare coffees and protein shakes while confidently promoting and selling supplements, apparel and café products

Keep reception,



café and retail areas clean, organised, fully stocked and professionally presented

Complete opening and closing procedures, follow directions and prioritise daily tasks efficiently

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Previous customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills

A genuine passion for health and fitness and enthusiasm for working within the industry

A reliable, punctual and professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong initiative and the ability to multitask, adapt and work effectively as part of a team

Confidence using computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems, policies and procedures

Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them, Australian working rights and flexibility to work across the club’s operating hours
