seeking amulti-skilled mobile Maintenance Technician

to carry out service requests inprofessional, commercial settings.

Immediate start . The role 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (usual hours are 7:30am to 4pm). Day to day duties include: A variety of general maintenance duties including, but not limited to: Minor Carpentry work Minor patching and painting Minor paving and concrete repairs Lamp and tube replacement Plumbing blockages, repairs and maintenance Although our service area covers from the Moreton Bay region to the Gold Coast, the majority of sites you will attend will be in and around Brisbane's CBD. Opportunities for overtime Work vehicle (which can be used for your commute), iphone, uniforms and PPE supplied Paid training as required Full admin support Required Skills & Experience: A minimum of 1year general maintenance experience preferred Skilled conduct and appearance Ability to communicate effectively and complete electronic forms Availability to attend some after hours and weekend work (overtime is paid at applicable rates) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team A willingness to learn new skills and to take on any task requested Current white/blue card Additional Skills Advantageous: EWP Working at Heights Our business

Minor Carpentry work

Minor patching and painting

Ceiling tile replacement

Minor paving and concrete repairs

Lamp and tube replacement

Plumbing blockages, repairs and maintenance

Although our service area covers from the Moreton Bay region to the Gold Coast, the majority of sites you will attend will be in and around Brisbane's CBD. Perks: Opportunities for overtime

Current white/blue card

Current police clearance
