Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, working 3 days per week, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.

Key responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

n

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.

n

Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.

n

Perform general administrative and office duties.

n

Process invoices and complete bookkeeping tasks using Xero.

n

Manage jobs, scheduling, and customer information using ServiceM8.

n

Assist with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) administration, including maintaining compliance documentation.

n

Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

n

About you

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

n

Previous administration or office experience.

n





Experience using Xero and ServiceM8.

n

Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS).

n

Strong organisational and time management skills.

n

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

n

High attention to detail and accuracy.

n

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

n

Competent using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
