Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Technical Lead with 12+ years of software engineering experience and strong technical leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and NX Workspace / Monorepo architecture, along with experience building scalable enterprise digital applications.

The role will involve leading a team of developers, driving technical architecture and design decisions, and delivering cloud-native applications using Azure and Kubernetes. Experience with Sitecore Headless, XM Cloud, or Sitecore JSS is highly desirable.

Experience within insurance, healthcare, banking, or other highly regulated industries will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and mentor a small to medium-sized team of software developers.
n
- Drive technical design, architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices.
n
- Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
n
- Design and maintain NX Workspace / Monorepo architectures for enterprise applications.
n
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers,



and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
n
- Integrate frontend applications with .NET Core APIs and microservices.
n
- Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
n
- Support cloud-native application deployments across Azure and Kubernetes environments.
n
- Work with AKS, Azure App Insights, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL/Database Services.
n
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

12+ years of software engineering experience.

Proven experience in technical leadership and leading development teams in enterprise environments.
