This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Alexandria HQ. You'll work alongside an experienced Accounts Assistant and Finance Manager, handling reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll support. It's a chance to step into a supportive, cooperative environment where your accuracy, organisation, and Xero skills will really shine.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage accounts receivable, payables, and reconciliations
n
- Keep payroll accurate and on time
n
- Support financial reporting and month-end processes
n
- Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- 2+ years' accounts experience
n
- Xero expertise (must-have)
n
- Payroll experience preferred
n
- Attention to detail + accuracy with numbers
n
- Strong time management and communication skills
n
- Proactive, team-oriented, can-do attitude
n
