ICT Technical Coordinator, M365 Services

- Contract through to June 2027, strong potential for extension
- Based in any location: Brisbane, Toowoomba, Cairns or Sunshine Coast
- Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

Glen Fisk Recruitment is looking for an ICT Technical Coordinator, M365 Services to join a cooperative Microsoft 365 support team.

You will provide Level 2 support while spending much of your time on proactive work across the Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environment. You will identify issues, improve processes, clean up existing environments and look for opportunities to improve service delivery.

The role
You will work within a small M365 team supporting approximately 5,000 users across Queensland. Your responsibilities will include Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration, Level 2 support, troubleshooting, proactive system improvements and working with customers to resolve issues.

You will also work closely with a Level 3 engineer who can provide technical support, escalation and development.

About you
We are looking for someone who brings a combination of technical capability and strong people skills.





You will ideally have experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration, Microsoft admin centres, troubleshooting and PowerShell.

You do not need to know everything from day one. The team can develop some of the technical skills for the right person. What matters is your customer service approach, communication skills, initiative and ability to work as part of a close team.

You will suit this role if you are proactive, comfortable working independently and enjoy identifying problems before they become bigger issues.
