RACQ is seeking a Roadside Assistance Contact Centre Consultant in Queensland. You’ll be the calm voice for stranded motorists, gathering details, coordinating help and delivering empathetic service in a structured contact centre.

You will handle inbound calls, update records, and explain membership entitlements while following RACQ policies to ensure safety and quality. Training and weekend rosters are included.
