About the role As our

Administration & Accounts Officer , you'll be involved in all facets of administration and accounts, supporting both our office operations and project teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

managing accounts payable, suppliers and reconciliations

customer account management

employee onboarding and HR administration

managing project documentation and data entry





general administration and reporting support to management

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights

essential

Accounts payable and reconciliations experience

essential

Payroll experience and willingness to assist

highly regarded

Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
