Job Description Major Infrastructure Project | Multiple Positions Randstad is looking for experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major road and bridge infrastructure upgrade project. We are recruiting operators across the following machinery:

Excavators

Skid steers

Backhoes

Tandem tipper trucks

Rollers

What's on offer: - $47-$50 per hour, depending on experience and tickets

Overtime opportunities

Requirements To be successful, you will need:

Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects

Relevant plant tickets or licences

Construction White Card

HR licence for tandem truck positions





Experience working around live traffic, machinery and ground crews

Ability to complete daily pre-starts and basic equipment checks

Strong safety awareness and communication skills

Reliable transport and availability for consistent hours Operators with experience in roadworks, earthworks, drainage, bridge construction or major infrastructure projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
