About the Role Our team provides person-centred supports to people living with disability, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs. Supports may include: Community access and social participation





Group activities and skill development

Mental health and psychosocial recovery support

Complex personal care

Medication assistance

Capacity building and independent living skills

Transport to appointments and community events

Domestic assistance

Advocacy and participant goal setting

Accurate documentation and professional communication

Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card

National Police Check

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Full Australian Driver's Licence

Reliable, registered and insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health or equivalent (or currently studying)
