Full time About the role: Interlace Studies is a migration and education consultancy, and we're growing our sales team. We're hiring a Migration Sales Assistant in both our Adelaide and Sydney branches. You'll be the first point of contact for people starting their migration and study journey — handling enquiries, guiding clients through their options, and helping convert interest into enrolments. What you'll do: Respond to client enquiries across phone, email and walk-ins Guide prospective clients through our services and next steps Follow up on leads and help move them toward a decision Keep client records and updates accurate Work with the wider team to hit branch targets What we’re looking for: At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy setting Confident, clear communicator who's comfortable with clients Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once What we offer: Salary above award wages, plus performance incentives A supportive team and room to grow The chance to make a real difference in clients' lives
