Hitech Polished Concrete is seeking two full time Polished Concrete / Concrete Grinding Operators to join our experienced team. Based from West Pennant Hills, with commercial projects throughout Sydney. Key responsibilities Concrete grinding and floor preparation Polished concrete and grind & seal systems Hand grinding and detailed edge work Operating industrial vacuum and dust extraction equipment Surface preparation and finishing About you Valid Construction White Card – essential Full Australian Driver Licence – essential Experience with hand grinders preferred Experience operating remote-control concrete grinding machines highly regarded Polished concrete, concrete grinding or floor preparation experience preferred Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Training will be provided for the right candidates
