Key Responsibilities

Prepareanddeliverhigh-qualitymealsacrossavariedhospitalitymenu

Executedailyspecialsandassistwithseasonalmenuofferings

Maintainconsistentfoodquality,presentationandportionsizes

Completefoodpreparationefficientlybeforeandduringservice

Managekitchentaskseffectivelyduringbusytradingperiods

Maintainhighstandardsofkitchencleanlinessandorganisation

Followfoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacehealthandsafetystandards

Assistwithstockmanagement,orderingandingredientpreparation

Monitorfoodsuppliesandsupportefficientuseofkitchenresources

Workcloselywithotherchefs,kitchenstaffandfront-of-houseemployees





Contributepracticalideasformenudevelopmentandnewdishes

Supportothermembersofthekitchenteamwhenrequired

Helpmaintainanorganised,productiveandprofessionalkitchenenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility

PreviousprofessionalexperienceasaChefinacommercialkitchen

CertificateIIIinCommercialCookeryorarelevantequivalentqualification

Strongunderstandingofprofessionalfoodpreparationandcookingmethods

Knowledgeoffoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacehealthandsafetyprocedures

Abilitytomaintainconsistentstandardsinafast-pacedkitchen

Strongteamworkandcommunicationabilities

Reliable,motivatedandprofessionalapproachtowork

Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeresponsibilityforkitchentasks

Willingnesstoworkevenings,weekendsandpublicholidays
