About the Role
n
Working alongside an experienced Building Manager, you will assist with the day-to‐day operation and presentation of a luxury residential community.
n
While supporting the Building Manager, your daily operational responsibilities will include:
n
Conducting routine inspections of common areas and reporting maintenance issues
n
Monitoring building presentation and cleanliness standards
n
Assisting contractors, tradespeople and service providers with building access
n
Installing and removing lift protection mats for contractor works and resident move‐ins
n
Setting up and maintaining pool furniture and recreational facilities
n
Assisting residents with general enquiries and requests
n
Following up maintenance and contractor attendance
n
Supporting safety and compliance requirements across the property
n
This is a hands‐on role that involves regular movement throughout the building and a strong focus on customer service.
