Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our SIL services while leading quality, compliance, risk and continuous improvement.
n
This is a hands-on role, working 4 days on-site and 1 day hybrid, primarily across Campbelltown and Penrith, with occasional interstate travel to TAS, QLD and VIC.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership
n
n
- Oversee daily SIL operations, rosters, staffing and service delivery.
n
- Support Managers, Team Leaders and senior support staff.
n
- Conduct site visits and address operational issues.
n
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across locations.
n
n
Quality & Compliance
n
n
- Manage the organisation's NDIS quality and compliance framework.
n
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and Commission requirements.
n
- Maintain NDIS registration, policies, procedures and quality systems.
n
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for NDIS audits and re-certification.
n
- Monitor regulatory changes and report compliance outcomes to management.
n
- Oversee incident, complaint and reportable incident processes.
n
- Manage restrictive practice reporting and compliance.
n
- Monitor WHS, risks and safeguarding across all locations.
n
- Support Managers and Team Leaders with incident and risk management.
n
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
n
- Identify compliance gaps and implement practical solutions.
n
- Standardise processes and documentation across services.
n
- Support staff training and promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.

About You
n
You will have:
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience with an NDIS provider in operations, quality or compliance.
n
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
n
- Hands‐on experience with PRODA, incident management and NDIS audits.
n
- Experience with restrictive practices and mandatory reporting.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
n
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel between sites and interstate when required.
n
