Job Description
Seekingan Experienced Estimator to join our vibrant andyoungconstructioncompany.
n
The core competency is Remedial Work.
n
Works include but not limited too;
n
n
- Liquid and Sheet Membrane
n
- Rooftops
n
- Balconies/ Planter-boxes
n
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
- Preparing and pricing tenders on projects.
n
- Manage timing and resources to ensure timely completion.
n
- Provide accurate and concise cost estimates
n
- Calculate and manage costs of materials and works.
n
- Site Inspections
n
n
Must Have:
n
n
- Experience in Remedial & Residential Projects
n
- Estimating experience and technical knowledge of Construction
n
- Experiencein meeting delivery targets within required time frames.
n
- Pricing, Rates, and ProductKnowledge within remedial.
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
n
The successful candidate will ideally have:
n
n
- Construction Management Tertiary Qualification
n
