Job Description

Mount Erica Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie (CDP) to join a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will maintain high standards, run your section efficiently, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, top-quality dishes across lunch and dinner services.

We require 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery. Weekend and evening availability is expected; sponsorship is not offered.
