Job Description

Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise leaders on complex people matters and support managers in building solid teams and improving workplace culture.

You will travel to Beechworth Correctional Centre every four weeks, staying two to three nights, while contributing to policy, process improvements, and major HR projects across the department.
