Talent Acquisition Officer - Full time Permanent Heatherton | Fully On-site | ASAP Start

Own the recruitment function and make it your own!

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with blue collar or operational recruitment experience to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with the Operations Manager and wider business!

This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role suited to someone who enjoys having ownership, working at pace and seeing the direct impact of their recruitment.

Your role

Managing blue collar end-to-end reruitment

Building and maintaining talent pipelines

Managing pre-employment checks and compliance

Coordinating onboarding and inductions

Building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships





Supporting retention and engagement

Improving recruitment processes and systems

About you

1-3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills

Confidence managing competing priorities

Experience in

transport, logistics or blue collar high-volume recruitment

is advantageous but not essential.

this role is starting ASAP.
