OVERVIEW Bond University is seeking a Future Student Advisor to support prospective domestic and international students with enquiries about study options and the application process. Based on the Gold Coast in Australia, this full time fixed-term role focuses on student recruitment, relationship management, and delivering a premium student experience across walk-in, telephone, and digital channels. The position reports to the Team Lead and contributes to increasing student conversion outcomes through consultative engagement and high-quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
Engage with prospective domestic and international students and their families regarding study options at Bond University
Respond to enquiries across walk-in, telephone, and digital channels
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students
Resolve a variety of student questions and enquiries
Use a consultative sales approach to troubleshoot recruitment and sales enquiries
Provide guidance on study options and program application assistance
Support relationship management activities with prospective students
Assist in driving student recruitment for the University
Deliver premium experiences to improve student conversion percentages
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing enquiries and workloads
Requirements

Higher education product knowledge is desirable WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Future Student Advisors play an important role in helping students make informed decisions about higher education pathways and university applications. As the first point of contact, they influence the overall student experience and contribute to recruitment outcomes through responsive communication and relationship building. This role also supports institutional growth by helping prospective students navigate study options with confidence.
