The Opportunity We are seeking an OFFICE BASED internal

Sales Supervisor

to join our growing team in Williamstown, Victoria. Relevant experience is considered essential, solid interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills are essential, however we will train applicants with strong interpersonal and communication skills but lacking relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Provide technical advice to customers

Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and capability statements with a focus on compliance and value creation





Collaborate with OEM partners and internal engineers to ensure seamless project delivery

Manage key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and achieve sales targets

Represent OGT at site visits, industry events, and client meetings across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region

About You

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline) OR proven technical sales experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial equipment

Strong knowledge of process equipment, fluid handling, or distribution terminal operations

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value for clients

Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
