WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? We are looking for candidates who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast‑paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:

Learning how to use our key technologies including

LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Indeed

and more.

Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within,

actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.

Working alongside Directors and Senior team members to

source candidates for active vacancies.

Administration including prepping resumes, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.





Building your professional network

through social media and actively marketing through these channels

Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360° recruitment consultant

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Right to work in Australia

(sponsorship is not available for this position)

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced KPI driven environment

Strong negotiation and client control skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to generate leads and create content for social media management.

Excellent communication and time management skills

A solid work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team

Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using

LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed

etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
