We're expanding and looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who wants more than just appointment setting. This is a genuine full sales cycle role, giving you ownership from prospecting through to closing and managing your opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals across Comstel ICT’s full suite of products and services.

This is a role for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, taking ownership of their results, and being rewarded for performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

Building and managing your own sales pipeline

Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored technology solutions

Conducting discovery calls, presentations, and solution demonstrations

Preparing proposals and following opportunities through to close

Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution

Developing relationships with business owners and key decision-makers





Maintaining accurate CRM records within HubSpot

Achieving monthly sales, revenue, and activity targets

Becoming a trusted advisor across telecommunications, connectivity, print, and security solutions

What We're Looking For

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment

1+ years of CRM experience (preferably HubSpot)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to generate opportunities and proactively engage prospects

Confidence managing conversations with business owners and decision-makers

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A desire to build a long-term career in technology and telecommunications sales

Highly Regarded

Telecommunications, ICT, Managed Services, Print, Security, or Technology sales experience

Experience managing a full sales cycle

Outbound prospecting and business development experience
