About the role

As a member of the Front of House team, you will deliver exceptional table service across premium restaurants, weddings, functions, and events at Marnong Estate. You will run your own section confidently within a busy a la carte environment, provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and wine pairings, and create memorable guest experiences through genuine and attentive service.

About you

Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality

At least 1 year experience as a Section Waiter/Waitress or similar

Current RSA Certificate (essential)

Full Australian Working Rights

Experience working in busy, high-volume environments

Strong understanding of service sequence and order flow

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively

Professional presentation and robust attention to detail

Availability to work rotating rosters, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts

Highly Regarded

Three-plate carrying skills

Bar experience

Barista experience

Wine and spirits knowledge

Upselling experience
