Managing and leading hospitality staff Bar and restaurant operations Gaming operations including Pokies, Keno and TAB Ensuring responsible service and compliance requirements are met Rostering and staff management Stock control and ordering Maintaining venue presentation and standards Working with the team to deliver a high level of customer service Assisting across the venue when required About you

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel,



pub or licensed venue Current RMLV, RSA and RSG – essential Proven experience with Pokies, Keno and TAB – essential Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Good understanding of licensed venue operations Ability to work independently and make confident decisions A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example Reliable, professional and well organised About us
