Work across sophisticated

corporate insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters . Advise insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in relation to complex insolvency and restructuring disputes. Gain exposure to

high-value and high-profile matters , with hands-on involvement from an early stage. Work alongside senior practitioners with significant experience handling some of the market’s most complex insolvency matters. The ideal candidate:





Associate with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency Strong technical skills and an interest in developing deeper expertise in complex insolvency disputes Comfortable taking ownership of matters while working closely with Partners and clients Commercial, pragmatic and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders Why work with us?
