Reporting to the Venue Manager, these positions offer the platform to showcase your skills and talent in our ever-changing industry and an opportunity to work as part of our growing team. This is a hands-on, not office-based position. Key responsibilities
Manage all shift operations Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Gaming, Liquor and Food Licences Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation and cleanliness Ensure customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction Oversee service daily, while ensuring all administrative duties are completed within given timeframes Drive promotional activities Ensure all WH&S; procedures are adhered to About you
Sound knowledge across all departments including Gaming, Bistro and Bar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment and passion to the industry A cheerful,
