About The Role We’re looking for an

Events Specialist

to join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team, working under our Events Lead to plan and deliver memorable events, activations and brand experiences. This role is for someone who can take an event from an idea on a page through to execution. You’ll have greater ownership across event planning and delivery, while working closely with the Events Lead and wider Marketing Team to ensure every experience feels distinctly Elite Eleven.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Events Lead to plan and execute Elite Eleven events, activations, launches and brand experiences

Take ownership of assigned events and activations from planning through to on-the-day delivery

Develop event timelines, run sheets, production schedules and execution plans

Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, production, gifting, signage,



equipment and event collateral

Manage supplier communication, quotes, bookings and event requirements

Support event budget management and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets

Lead event set-up, execution and pack-down alongside the Events Lead

Work cross-functionally with Social, Partnerships, and wider Marketing teams to maximise each event

Identify new event, partnership and activation opportunities that align with the brand

Ensure every element of an event delivers a premium and considered brand experience

Conduct post-event reporting and identify learnings and opportunities for future events

Stay across event, experiential and cultural trends to continually evolve how Elite Eleven shows up

About you

2+ years of experience in events, activations, marketing, PR or a similar role

Demonstrated experience planning and executing events from concept through to completion

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Confident managing multiple events and timelines at once

Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

Comfortable working with budgets and managing event costs

Able to think quickly and stay composed in fast moving event environments

Robust understanding of brand experience and what makes an event memorable and shareable

Confident communicating with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers
