About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Sales Manager will own Everstill's commercial relationships across key accounts and wholesale channels in the On and Off-Premise. You'll be the driving force behind our national presence- managing existing accounts, developing customer plans, and leading range review submissions with key accounts and major retail banners. This is a hands-on role in a lean, entrepreneurial business. You'll need to be equally comfortable presenting to a national buying team, working through pricing and margin structures with a wholesaler, and handling the administration that keeps a sales operation running.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

Own and grow relationships with national and independent retail key accounts

Lead range review submissions, including pricing proposals, category rationale, and supporting data

Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs, and ranging outcomes

Conduct regular business reviews with key customers

Wholesaler & Distribution Management





Manage relationships with wholesale and distribution partners to maximise coverage and rate of sale

Monitor wholesaler stock levels, ordering patterns, and depletion data

Coordinate with distributors on new account openings and trade activations

Customer Planning

Build and execute annual customer plans covering ranging, promotion, pricing, and activation

Develop promotional calendars aligned to key trading periods

Track plan performance against volume, revenue, and margin targets

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer records, pricing files, and trading term documentation

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Ensure pricing submissions and account paperwork are accurate and lodged on time

Support compliance requirements, including ABAC-appropriate trade materials

About You

Proven experience in liquor sales, ideally within spirits, with existing relationships across national retail banners and/or wholesale channels

Track record of successful range review submissions and key account growth

Strong commercial acumen- comfortable with LUC pricing structures, margin models, promotional funding, and excise considerations

Highly organised with strong administrative discipline; you follow through on the detail

Self-starter who thrives in a small, rapid-moving business without layers of support

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Current driver's licence and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain)
