Qualified Electrician | Quality Work, Valued Skills & Room to Grow Looking for a job where your work actually matters?

Do you take pride in your work? Enjoy solving problems that others walk away from? Actually care about your customers, not just getting to the next job?

This Role Probably Isn't For You If... You believe "she'll be right" is a quality control system.

You'd rather say "can't be done" than find a way to make it work.

You don't enjoy dealing with customers.

You're only chasing the hourly rate.

If none of those sound like you, we're off to a positive start.

At Vital Electrical Solutions, our goal isn't simply to grow. It's to build a business known for exceptional workmanship, honest advice and customer service that people genuinely remember.

After building an outstanding reputation across Sydney over the past decade, we've relocated to the Gold Coast and are now entering an exciting stage of growth. We're looking for the right person to grow with us.

What We're Looking For You'll be someone who enjoys doing the job properly the first time and takes genuine pride in the finished product.

Current Queensland Electrical Licence

Current Driver's Licence

Own hand tools (company equipment provided)

Experience across residential electrical work (commercial experience is a bonus)

Strong fault-finding ability

High attention to detail

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Initiative to solve problems and provide solutions for customers

Why Join Vital Electrical Solutions? You'll become an important part of a growing family business where quality, integrity and customer service come before rushing through jobs.

You'll work directly with an experienced tradesman with more than 20 years in the industry who still enjoys being on the tools, mentoring others and finding solutions to jobs that others say can't be done.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Work across a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. From fault finding and renovations to new builds, switchboards and industrial work, no two days are the same.

Build genuine relationships with customers rather than feeling like just another contractor. We pride ourselves on thinking differently and finding solutions that last.

Be trusted to think for yourself and take ownership of your work. You'll be encouraged to problem solve, develop your skills and do the job properly—not just pull cables and race to the next job.

Grow with the business. As we grow, so will your opportunities. If you've got leadership ambitions, we'd love to help you get there.

What You’ll Receive

$45–$50 per hour + Super (depending on experience)

Company vehicle to take home

Paid birthday off each year

Optional overtime

Career progression as the business grows

A supportive team where your ideas are valued and your contribution makes a real difference

Join a growing electrical business where quality comes first, your work is valued, and you'll help shape the future of the company.
