Logistics Administrator | Mahonys Transport $70,000 – $75,000 + super | Mostly work from home

A few days at our Laverton office initially| occasional meetings in Geelong and/or Laverton

Full time or part-time (30 hours+)

Mahonys Transport is a family-owned transport business. We service the agricultural sector moving grain, fertiliser and other bulk commodities, as well as running an export grain shed in Laverton. We’re a small, close-knit team and we’ve put real effort into software so scheduling, maintenance and compliance aren’t a paper chase.

We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to back up our Logistics Coordinator (currently Geelong-based). To start, you’ll take over the work they don’t have time for. Once you’re across it, you’ll own a few processes yourself.

What you’ll do

Job entry and admin in our scheduling app

Booking of timeslots

Driver comms





Invoice prep in Xero, then check and chase missing paperwork

Help keep scheduling, maintenance and compliance records up to date

Look for simpler, faster ways to do the work (we want that)

Be part of an on‑call roster

Mass / heavy vehicle experience is highly regarded. Compliance exposure is a plus.

What we’re after

Experience in a similar logistics or transport admin role

Comfortable with new software — our scheduling app, Xero, and picking up new systems

Organised, practical, decisive and energetic

Able to work efficiently and effectively from home

Flexible to work at the Laverton office when required and the occasional meeting in Geelong
