Agrifutures in Western Australia is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the day-to-day engineering, maintenance and reliability performance of a large-scale Perth site, with a focus on uptime and mean time between failures. You will manage an annual maintenance budget around $2M, lead CapEx project delivery, coordinate external OEMs and contractors, drive improvements through a capital investment program, respond to breakdowns out-of-hours, and ensure strict site safety compliance.
