We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. You will oversee daily F&B; operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our restaurant, bar, and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
n
Lead, support, and motivate the F&B; team
n
Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
n
Supervise restaurant, bar, and function operations
n
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
Assist with team training and onboarding
n
Monitor stock, wastage, and operational costs
n
Ensure RSA, safety, and hotel procedures are followed
n
Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams
n
About You
n
Previous F&B; supervisory or management experience, preferably in hotels
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Guest-focused and professional
n
Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Confident handling guest feedback and team matters
n
RSA required
n
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
