Disability Support Worker - Complex Care

We're currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - this role offers flexibility and the prospect to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants.

About the role

You'll support participants with:

n

n
- Daily living tasks and routines
n
- Personal care and hygiene
n
- Medication assistance
n
- Emotional wellbeing and independence
n
- Community participation and social engagement
n
- Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in support work, mental health, behaviour support, disability, community services, or a related field.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
n
- WWCC (Blue Card)
n




- First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n

Highly Regarded

n

- Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent
n
- Experience with complex behaviours or mental health

- Strong communication and leadership skills
