About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Warehouse Storeperson / Delivery Driver & Installer to join our team at our Darra, QLD facility. This is a full-time position that combines warehouse operations with delivery and installation services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock, preparing orders for delivery, driving products to customer locations, and ensuring professional installation of items. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition, whilst maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, storing and organising inventory within the warehouse using appropriate storage systems and procedures
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing shipments and ensuring all documentation is correct and complete
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
Loading delivery vehicles with products, ensuring secure and safe placement
Driving delivery vehicles to customer locations in a professional and courteous manner
Installing products at customer sites according to specifications and quality standards
Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries and installations
Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and deliveries
Conducting basic maintenance checks on vehicles and reporting any issues
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Supporting the warehouse team to meet targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Full, current Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a warehouse storeperson or similar warehouse role
Experience in a delivery and installation role or similar customer-facing logistics position
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly as part of the role
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual handling tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and strong work ethic
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (desirable)
Experience with product installation or assembly (desirable)
