Evergreen Support Services is looking for an additional Support Worker to join an existing team supporting a participant living in a SIL home in Minto. You will assist as a third support person during personal care and manual handling, working alongside the participant's existing team.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with personal care and manual handling as a third support person
- Work alongside the participant's existing support team
- Help out around the home and use your initiative
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the participant and support team

About you

- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Confident with personal care and manual handling, or willing and able to learn the participant's specific support requirements
- A team player who communicates well with others
- Reliable and consistent
- An animal lover
- Genuinely interested in building a valuable relationship with the participant and existing support team
