About You This position offers the opportunity work closely with the team and to gain experience across estate planning, Wills & Estates and general commercial matters. You will:

Prepare and advise on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives

Conduct estate administration matters,



including Grant applications and estate distributions

Manage Family Provision Claims and other estate dispute matters

Provide advice and support across a variety of general commercial matters

Represent the firm at industry and networking events, building qualified relationships and business development opportunities

Essentials for the role

Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills

A client-centred approach to legal practice

A keen attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional networks
