Start as a Loader Operator and develop into an Asphalt Batcher Full training and on-the-job development provided Learn asphalt production, plant operations, mix designs and quality requirements Long-term career progression within the business Work as part of an experienced production team Stable, ongoing work with a company that invests in its people What you’ll be doing Initially, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader around the asphalt plant, including loading aggregates and maintaining stockpiles As you develop, you’ll be trained across the production side of the plant, working towards becoming an Asphalt Batcher responsible for coordinating and controlling asphalt production What we’re looking for

Experience operating a front-end loader , ideally in quarrying, asphalt, concrete, mining or a similar environment Strong safety awareness Reliable work ethic and good attitude Mechanically minded and willing to learn Comfortable working around heavy machinery and production equipment Good communication and ability to work as part of a team Previous asphalt or batch plant experience is an advantage, but

not essential This isn’t just another loader job.
