HSEQ Manager | North Western Sydney | NSW Projects An opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Advsior looking to take the next step into a manager or an experienced Manager to join a growing construction business with projects across NSW.

This is a genuinely hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being out on site, working with project teams and ensuring HSE systems are practical, compliant and being followed.

The Role

Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance checks

Support project teams with WHS requirements and risk management

Review SWMS, documentation and HSE systems

Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions

Support ISO and OFSC compliance

Provide practical HSE guidance to site teams and subcontractors

Identify opportunities to improve safety systems and processes





Split your time between morning site visits and afternoon office-based work

No WFH

About You

HSE/WHS experience within the recent build sector

Relevant WHS qualification

Strong understanding of NSW WHS legislation

Experience with audits and HSE management systems

Knowledge of ISO and OFSC requirements

Practical, approachable and confident working with site teams

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW
