Key Responsibilities

- Qualifications to teach Mathematics Stages 4–6 Strong knowledge of explicit teaching and evidence‑based approaches to Mathematics learning
- Ability to differentiate and cater for diverse student needs to maximise learning
- Solid understanding of effective learning environments, lesson design, technology use, assessment and feedback
- Commitment to ongoing skilled growth and continual improvement of practice
- Collaborative, creative team member who sets high expectations for self and students
- Able to inspire and motivate students to achieve and develop a love of learning.

Qualifications and Accreditations





- Tertiary Qualification in Education (or fourth year student)
- NESA Accreditation (Conditional Accreditation also accepted)
- Statements of Service
- Commitment to meeting CSPD’s Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements as part of employment
