About the role
This is a leadership role. You are responsible for our install teams: their quality, their efficiency, and being the go-to support they can count on. This is a chance to shape how the work gets done, without the pressure of running your own show.
What you would be doing
- Leading the install teams and setting the quality standard
- Keeping the crews running smoothly day to day
- Being the first person the team turns to when a job gets tricky
- Running weekly toolbox talks and training
- Bringing new installers up to speed, the Bluegum way
About you
We are looking for a natural leader. Someone with real attention to detail, who takes pride in quality work and enjoys mentoring and guiding a team towards it. You lead by example, you stay calm when a job gets complicated, and people trust your judgement.
- A track record of quality work
- Current SAA accreditation for solar and battery
- Extensive solar and battery install experience
- A robust domestic electrical background
