The Improvement Movement Perth is seeking a Support Worker for the Southeast suburbs. You will work with people who think, feel, communicate, and experience the world in their own unique way, bringing patience, creativity, and humour to the role. You are warm, switched-on, and can hold solid boundaries while maintaining a positive approach. Approximately 15 hours per week initially with more work for the right candidate. Locations are Cannington-Byford.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting participants with daily living support, household tasks, and attending appointments
- Assisting participants with community access and engagement to promote skill building and independence
- Promoting compassion, dignity and freedom with a participant-centred focus at all times
- Working independently and communicating clearly with the team

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience in disability support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWC Check, First Aid, CPR, Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Confident supporting people with ASD,



intellectual disability, and mental health challenges
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
- Relevant qualifications in disability, community, mental health, or similar (preferred)
