Perks of the role: About the role: Reporting to the Franchise Partner and Store Manager, this role is perfect for someone who’s methodical, proactive, and enjoys working in a close- setting. You will support our finance operations and helping us hit the pillow with peace of mind.
Key responsibilities:
Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
BAS preparation and support
Payroll support and superannuation lodgement
Assisting with month-end processes
Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (clear communication is key)
About you:
Registered BAS agent status
Proven bookkeeping experience (bonus points if it’s in retail or franchising)
Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar qualification)ac
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
Strong organisational and time management skills
